StingRay Sparta Download

  Stingray Sparta
The latest addition to this new Sparta Household.  He was completely drawn up in CAP, due to the fact that the EA's version of a Doberman Pincher was not up to standards.  The mix of traits and I guess the household in general has made me enjoy him more than other pets I've created in the past; he is a hoot! has made me crack a lip a few times already.  No CC was used on him; enjoy.  As far as the sims that I am preparing to share, it has taken me longer than expected due to sliders, and the CC used; so, I am debating on whether to make the CC available as DC files for whom ever wants it or just upload them and you may tweak them as you wish.  Will make a decision soon  any feedback will be welcomed.

CC Merging and Mod Folder

As part of the upcoming downloads and to answer some e-mailed questions on third party content or Custom Content or CC I have decided to post this sort of tutorial.  I came about CC merging using s3pe by chance, since I was having a lot of problems with lagging and bad CC.  For a solution on how to be able to enjoy my game and not having to reinstall almost every single time something went wrong I came across some really good information, which I shared with my friends and now I am sharing with you-all.
I will assume that all of you have a Mod folder and is where you keep your Sims 3 package files.  For those of you that don't here is where it should be at:
Number one arrow shows the Folder and number 2 the location in your computer.
Now, your mod folder must contain a resource file.  The resource file must be set up to read .dbc files or cache files, just like the default Cache folder that installs with the game.  Why?  dbc files compress your package files into smaller files in which they are combined together using s3pe, this makes it easier for the game engine to read and makes it go a lot faster, avoiding lags and stalls, specially while in CAS or Build-Buy.
You will need the s3pe tool to combine you packages into .dbc files. The tool may be downloaded here:

How do you use it?  I read a lot of tutorials including the one at the download site and found that this one was the esiest to follow and the best.  Tutorial on s3pe here:

Follow the tutorial and its hints and you will not have any problems, specially the one about not combining patterns with other packages.
O.K, Now you have s3pe and are an expert in how to use it!  Now that most of your packages are combined into smaller and faster .dbc files let me show you where they go:
Before you combine your packages it is always a good idea to run them through Delphy's Dashboard and the Rig Fix tool.  This will ensure that you do not have corrupted packages.  The Dashboard will sometimes tell you that there is a conflict amongst some packages, I tend to combine these in different .dbc files instead of having them combined in one, it works perfectly!
All your combine .dbc packages will go here. (DCCAche)  The overrides folder is for those mods that override scripts, they are not combined!  The only thing you may combine are CAS parts, Building materials, decor, hair, skins, makeup, clothes, patterns; you get it.  I myself, combine packages by what they are: all the skins, all the make up in another and so on...
My package Folder is subdivided further into other folders like: Defaults, Test, etc.  It organizes my downloads and it makes it easier to remove a package that I do not like or that is giving problems, or even at the time of applying a new patch I know exactly where to look for the files that need updating.   The pacakages sub-folder should look like this and you may add additional sub-folders:
I hope this helps.  I am also including a MOD folder download already set up for you-all to download with the resource file included here:

As promised, here I come with the first part of the list of CC that you will need if you decide to download my Tritons.
First:  I give a lot of importance to the skins the closer I can come to reality the best.  I use Navetsea skins, although I have most of them I tend to use the real versions the most.
 You may find them here:
http://navetsea.blogspot.com.br/p/the-sims-3-skin-mods.html?showComment=1351178898551

For the most part for the Tritons I used Nika's Adam skins versions v0.5 and v0.6  She uses Navetseas' skins as a base and these skins are simply great, specially the facial features.  Her radio station also rocks!
You may find them here:
http://nika-v.blogspot.ru/2013/07/adam-skin-v05.html

For all my sims I use the Buhudain You are real V1.5 skin enhancement, which give the already great skins of the above mentioned artist veins and other subtle details.  This is a default, so the enhancement will affect all sims in your game. Also the private parts are very much improved if you are one of those simmers that has them walking around buck naked :)  I personally use the adult version, of-course.
You may find it here:
http://mahamudosim3x18.blogspot.tw/2013/01/you-are-real-adult-version-part-i-male.html

Since my game is played by an adult and all my sims are biologically correct they do Have private parts which is part of a mod by CmarNYC found here:
http://nene.sexysims2.com/showthread.php?t=173718

Body hair is also something that I am very particular about and use on them, so I am also providing that link.  You need the YA and Adult versions.  It also offers the elder if you wish.  I have all the available body parts.
Download here:
 http://www.thesimsresource.com/artists/terriecason/downloads/browse/category/sims3/skipseti

Last for this first part of the CC needed, but not least, is the budy builder naked top, that I use for any time the sims are not wearing a shirt.
Found here:
http://www.thesimsresource.com/artists/alex_stanton1983/downloads/details/category/sims3-clothing-male/title/bodybuilder-nude-top/id/947060/
Note:
The sims that I will make available for download will be posted as sims files, which will go in your saved sims folder.  On my next post I will make available the sliders and mods I use.  The sliders and mods are only needed if you wish to change some of the features of the sims, as they will snap and deform if their features are changed without the original sliders used and since beauty is in the eye of the beholder, you may want to tweak.  The skins may also be changed if you have a preference, I do not know if the CC will be uploaded with them, skins usually are, but hair, usually is missing.  If your sims turns black in CAS when you open it, don't panic; it happens because you do not have the skin that it was created with.  To solve this issue, place another skin of your choice on your charcoal colored sim and save it to your sims CAS library.  Now delete the old one and open the one you saved with the new skin and the problem is solved.

This video has been a challenge to post.  It has already been blocked in some countries.  I edited three times.  Some of the captions I finally decided to leave in, since this is an adult site and is listed as such.  It does have frontal nudity.  The music score I thought to be fitting and was made for a special friend that has been biting at my neck to share some of my Sims; so here is a preview of the Sims I will be sharing with you in the following weeks.  This post will have a second part; in it I will post the CC that you will need.  Stay tune and please, drop me a line or two, is always nice to hear from you!

Dreams of Atlantis Download

Howdy!  Today I bring you another home.  This one was build in a classical Greek Temple Style; you may transform it into whatever you like.  Again in this one, the main theme are the Tritons, so again water features will play an important roll in this structure.  It has 2 stories; however, building a third one would be as easy as adding a staircase and walls to the roof portion of the house.  It was build as a home for a household of 8.
For this construction I have used CC so I recommend you downloaded and install before uploading the house into your game.
Needed CC:
This link is for the arches from LunaSimsLulamai here:
http://lunasimslulamai.jimdo.com/arcomania/arcomania-5/

Nautical Windows from LunaSimsLulamai here:
http://lunasimslulamai.jimdo.com/estructuras/estructuras-2/

If you will not like to download the windows the game will substitute; however, the arches are needed.  The colonial windows from EA will go nicely with the structure.  I chose the nautical ones to give the building a touch of modern style to break a little the classical look.  Everything else is from the game.  Build with patch 1.57 and the lot was placed in 77 Paradise Road, the largest lot.
Enjoy!

No Trouble Atoll Download

Well guys, sorry it has taken me so long to post again; however I will try to do better in the future.  This time I bring you a large Sims home.  It is not the first one I build or the one I like the most but it is the first one I share, so a lot of thought went into playability.
The house was thought for a family of eight tritons (fighting mermen), thou the x large pool area and water based activities.  It has an open floor living area with kitchen, dinning area, prayer area, reading and relaxing nooks, dance floor, ballet bars and piano areas.  On the second floor of the living quaters it has 4 large bedrooms and two large bathrooms, one with a sauna.  There are two wrap around verandas, which also include a range of activities for your Sims, from relaxing on a hammock to exercise equipment for your fitness minded Sims.  The pool area has a wave station for the enjoyment of your non mermaid sims, since mermaids are not able to use it; archery range, hot tub and barbecue area.  It has been in game tested with patches 1.55 and 1.57 with no routing issues.
Shopping list in case it fails to load anything:
As far as the structure goes it has been build with EA defaults, so it should not give you problems structurally and everything else would be replace for EA defaults if you wish not to download the CC which is mainly for decor.  For those of you that want it exactly as it shown in the video here is the list with the links:
Set veraniego 2 by LunaSimsLulamai here:

I also used some lightning from LunaSimsLulamai  as well as other decor items like books and glasses, all found at the wiki pages in her site.

I do hope you enjoy it.  The house was build at No Trouble Atoll in Paradise Island, one of the uncharted islands.  The lot size is 60 x 60 and no floor constraint Elevation tools were used.
